As a member of the Lawn Maintenance Crew, you will start your workday early, embracing the nature of the job that varies with the season. Collaborating with a foreman, you and the team will work together to provide high-quality service. *Team Work makes Dream Work*

 

Qualifications:

• The desire to create beauty in an outdoor landscape environment. 

• Attention to detail with a commitment to doing things right.     

• The dedication to work hard in a team environment.

• Someone that enjoys walking all day outdoors doing the regular landscape maintenance 

• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Showing up to work on time and ready

Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time and ready.

• Participate in snow removal in the winter months. (Mandatory) 

• Work with and maintain commercial equipment such as Mower, Weed Eaters, Edgers, Blowers and Shears as well as landscaping materials.

• Complete work standards efficiently.

• Pay attention to detail and inform foreman with any issues quickly.

• Maintain a safe work environment throughout each site.

• If time off is needed notify your foreman 2 weeks in advance for approval.
